News

– Suffocation posted a preview of the documentary “Legacy of Violence” on Myspace and can be seen HERE. It is expected to be released on DVD later this year.

– Nachtmystium have begun recording their new album for a release later this spring/summer through Century Media Records.

– Soulfly new album “Omen” will be release on May 4 through Roadrunner Records. The album contains 12 tracks with special guests appearance’s from Greg Puciato of The Dillinger Escape Plan and Tommy Victor of Prong.

– Brian Fair of Shadows Fall posted on his Twitter account on Jan.9  ”Shooting a video for our cover of Bark At The Moon tomorrow. Get to be a werewolf. Rad. Teen Wolf ain’t got shit on me.” The video handled by Dave Brodsky of My Good Eye productions.

– Belgian black metallers Enthroned have posted a new track today from their upcoming album “Pentagrammaton” on the bands Myspace HERE. The album will be released this spring via Regain Records.

– Norway’s Ihsahn E-Card for the bands new album “After” has been posted online and can be found HERE. The new effort is  due out on Jan. 25 on Candle Light Records.

– California black/death metal band Valdur  are currently  booking a short summer tour. The tentative routing can be found HERE.

–  Colorodo based band Enemy Reign will  Release “Means To A Dead End” EP In Europe Via Neurotic Records. For more information, go to  the bands Myspace page HERE.

–  Ireland’s Primordial will release their first-ever DVD, “All Empires Fall” in Europe on March 1 on Metal Blade Records. For more information, go to the bands Myspace page HERE.

– Trivium vocalist/guitarist Matt Heafy, got married on  January 9 in Orlando, Florida.

– Down’s Pepper Keenan recently became a father of  baby girl. Down also tentatively plan to have a new release out by late 2010.
