Swashbuckle head to sea.
Swashbuckle have been confirmed for the 70000 Tons Of Metal cruise, which is set to sail from Miami, Florida on January 24, 2011 on a four day cruise. A total of 40 acts will appear at the event.

Relapse Records new releases.
Relapse Records have announced the new vinyl releases from Neurosis‘ “A Sun That Never Sets” (12? red/grey split) and The Dillinger Escape Plan’s “Under The Running Board” (7? blue or gold). Both albums will be released on March 30th.

Infernaeon behind the scenes footage.
Florida based metal band Infernaeon has posted behind the scenes footage of the writing process for the band’s new album, it can be viewed below. The band is preparing to enter SafeHouse Production with producer James Murphy (Obituary,Death) to begin the recording process of their new album, due out late 2010 release via Prosthetic Records.

I Am Abomination new song online.
I Am Abomination has posted the new song,”The Deceiver”, on the band’s Myspace page and can be found HERE. They will release their album, “To Our Forefathers”, on May 11 via Good Fight Music. The CD was produced by Joey Sturgis, who also worked with The Devil Wears Prada’s on the band’s last three releases.

The Deftones have posted the third webisode of their cover art reveal for their new album “Diamond Eyes” online and it can be viewed below. The album will be released on May 18th via Warner Music Group.

Heartsounds sign record deal.
Heartsounds the new band featuring Laura Nicholl and Ben Murray (Light This City) have signed a deal with Epitaph Records and expect to release their new album, “Until We Surrender“, this summer. Four song’s can be found on the band’s Myspace page HERE.

Malevolent Creation begin recording soon.
Malevolent Creation will enter Mana Recording Studios in St. Petersburg, Florida on April 5 with producer Erik Rutan (Morbid Angel, Hate Eternal) to begin recording their new album for a late 2010 release via Nuclear Blast Records.

Legend announce new member.
Legend are proud to announce the addition of Aaron “Bubble” Patrick, formerly of Bury Your Dead, on second guitar. The group recently completed the recording of their first full length with Zeuss (Hatebreed, The Acacia Strain) of Planet Z in Hadley, Massachusetts. Bubble completes the lineup consisting of Chad Ruhlig (vocals), Dylan Shippey (drums), Joe Ellis (bass) and Chris Norman (guitar).
“We’re excited to have Bubble aboard. He’s a good friend and an amazing performer. He fits in the puzzle perfectly. ” states vocalist Chad Ruhlig.
Bubble had the following to say about his entry into the band: “I’m really excited to get involved with a new band that has such potential. I’ve been friends with Joe and Chad for quite a few years and we have toured together a few times. It’s pretty awesome to get to play music with friends and be a part of Legend in its beginning stages.”
Be sure to keep a look out for their Rise Records debut, Valediction, hitting the streets May 25th.
You can catch Legend out on the road in the coming months on the Spring Breakdown tour with Bleeding Through, Born Of Osiris and Oceano.
